Audiences Support Artists with Subscriptions

royalty free music, buy out music, production music

A recently launched music service is getting a lot of attention lately because it has been suggested that music audiences are able to support their favorite artists by engaging in a subscription to that artist?s work directly. The interesting thing about the service is that it also encourages people to share their suggestions with other members and music lovers instead of making each listener buy out music for whatever they want to listen to.

The music service is located in South Africa and has been a great addition to the region for digital music options because legal music streaming options have been so few in recent years that South Africans have not been able to obtain music legally very easily when they wanted to do so in a digital manner. This is unlike the residents of many other countries where it has become common practice to download digital files from internet websites where the practice is entirely legal and the songs are paid for or subscribed to.

With the amount of money that was lost initially by the music industry due to piracy, a lot of music lovers are enjoying this chance to support their favorite groups and have been doing whatever they can to ensure that their favorite bands are being supported in some way through digital music purchases. Piracy in the music industry has been a much bigger problem for smaller artists and despite the amount of complaining from major music companies, the problem has impacted smaller artists the most.
